Tournament Trophy/reward

Hello guys,

I have seen some of you having some trophies standing next to your online name.
My question would be how and where to win them.
In the usual events like hourly blitz I never got one for achieving first place.
Maybe you need to win a bigger event like, weekly blitz or something.
I am very excited for your answers.

You can get special globe trophy for achieving top 100 in marathon tournaments,which happen once each season.Look at @lance5500 profile.Then you can get a unique shield trophy.Read more about this here: lichess.org/blog/Wh36WiQAAMMApuRb/introducing-shield-tournaments
And you can get trophies for being in top 100 leaderboard in one of the variants.
