3 fold repetition bug?

Hi there

I am currently playing in a classical swiss. My last game reached a three fold repetition and i was given the opportunity to claim a draw. However, the button did not work. My opponent and i repeated a couple more times but i still could not claim. I'm not sure if this is actually a bug, or whether i need my opponents accent?

Anyway, I thought i would raise it never the less. Here is the game..

And yet it seems to be saying "The game is a draw"...

If this is a bug, can you avoid it by setting automatic claim?

No. It ended automatically due to fivefold repetition. @markinatomb probably tried to claim AFTER he moved in 23 and 25.

I tried to claim on the third repetition. The site actually notified me that a three fold repetition had taken place and presented a 'claim' button. However it didn't work. I repeated the position again, clicked the button again, still nothing. We then repeated again, i clicked it again, still nothing. Then the game suddenly declared a draw. I presume my opponent claimed at this point? I would have asked but it was a tournament game so we had no chat feature.

As for auto-claim. I have that enabled to always claim a threefold, not matter what the time is.

Ahh, i see this is to align with fide rules. I wasn't aware of that. It would be good if this info appeared along with the claim button to avoid confusion.

According to this other thread, Swiss tournaments disable draw agreements and claims before move 30.
