Which Openings Should I play to increase my Rapid Rating?

Hello people, I am an old user of Lichess. My rating[online] in rapid is 1605. My peak was 1680 actually, but still It is impossible to increase it. Help me by giving some tips and list of openings I should play, Thanks! :)

vedant you can play vienna. very easy to mess up as black, and gives us a huge centre and spacial advantage as white
I would say it's fine to switch openings. I haven't played since 2017 (rapid peak 1796), but this video convinced me to change my openings. youtu.be/mRgJ_rX9bCI?list=PLirnDe-N3P_Ru29P_GaUw6nvI8pId1v5q&t=254

If you listen to him starting there for maybe 5 minutes. He was arguing that if you want to improve, don't just play 3000 games of the same pawn structure. He says 1) quit playing the stonewall attack as white, 2) ditch openings that aren't proper or fight for the center, and 3) picking openings that are rich and can transpose to many pawn formations (IQP, hanging pawns, caro, slav, etc). Why? Probably because opponents FORCE those positions onto you if you analyse your games.

I play the alekhine defense as black vs e4 (2200+ games), and Nakamura and Gothemchess in their tierlist called it "garbage".
You can select lines against what do you want to play, according to you opponent. If your opponent is a very solid player, keeps the king safe, puts the pawns in front of it, you can play the Blackmar-Diemer Gambit, which goes D4, D5, E4
Against an aggressive player you can play the queens gambit to neutralizer his pawns a little and caslte a little later, preferably in between the opening and the middle game

You can further play the vienna gambit which is a very good way to take the centre and mess up the opponents pawn structure.
