I had taken out a seek on my browser and then went to play the game on mobile. I moved after about 40 to 50 seconds with about 10 seconds left. My opponent replied and then the game was aborted immediately.
I was also given the auto warning for failing to start my game.
If you don't move after 15 seconds on first move the game gets terminated by lichess

Most likely a server error.
Games can be aborted during a server restart.
While playing the game there was a message saying reconnecting
and I could not move the pieces and the time was ticking without
being able to move.I was playing with Companhia 1248. I lost 11 points in this game. Please check this bug in Hourly Blitz Arena

I've experienced this numerous times now in 960 exactly as desribed by the OP
I do think it is related to how much time you take on first move.
This is not due to a server restart. Observed on diifferent browsers.

I have also been experiencing some loading issues, especially during games, and not because of internet connection, mostly, but due to other causes I cant identify. Only the text of the site would load. Does anyone have any suggestions, please?

I have had this issue, in lots of chess960 games. I take a long time to make the first move, but always move before the time ticks to 0, and still the game gets aborted. It happened numerous times. It sometimes says that I didn't move, but I did, and then when I reload it just says automatically aborted by the server.
