I play the Caro-Kahn and the slav with black. And will generally play 1.D4 followed by 2.C4. I am not too focused on my openings now but will start focusing more and more on it as my rating increases.

How much time do you have? The Sicilian isn't a great opening for limited time. But if you have the time it is an extremely fun opening for the attacking player.
