Okay, you need to do this in a number of stages.
1. Make sure you're alone. It's embarrassing if anyone catches you playing with yourself.
2. If you can lock your door, do it. It'll prevent anyone from walking right in, and make you feel more comfortable in your privacy.
3. Prepare. If you're circumcised, you'll need some kind of lubricant. If you're not, you'll be fine. Have tissues ready too (or an old pair of socks, but beware of embarrassment if anyone finds your crusty sock).
4. If you'd like to, find something stimulating to watch. There's a lot of pornographic sites out there that I'm sure you'll have fun with.
5. You may feel yourself stiffen. Use your dominant hand (until you get more experienced), and lightly hold yourself like you would a pole. Gently, but rapidly, move this hand up and down.
6. If you've done this all right so far, you'll feel a need similar to peeing. If you carry on, you'll get release.
7. Clean up.
8. Feel guilty.
9. Cry yourself to sleep, hugging your pillow.
