Chat window display issue in IE 11

When running Internet Explorer 11 and the chat log in a tournament room exceeds a single page of text, lines tend to display on top of each other, making the window unreadable.

Issue does not occur in Chrome.
Second issue I have seen where there is an issue in IE but not Chrome. Do your QA people test multiple browsers before releasing code into production?

The code is usually tested in chrome and/or firefox when developing, and sometimes a bit wider range in the staging environment (especially for bigger features). Also IE is a bit hard to acquire and run safely
