The tournament should be on Monday, tiebreak day for the Candidates or otherwise Candidates would have finished. Probably most people have work / school on Monday though so I might just do it Sunday. The gatherings should be on the weekend, starting Friday. I'm trying to do it close to the Great Hall for the Candidates, but otherwise might have to go for some other venue, maybe Greater Toronto.

I'm also waiting to see if the Candidates will take place. If not, I'll postpone the tournament / gathering to June. The next week should make everything clear!

Unfortunately I couldn't find a good venue, and the interest in the tournament, while present, was a bit "scattered". I'm hoping to do a big North American tournament over the summer, so stay tuned for that!
