Magnificent Moderators

Can anyone please guide me;
Moderation is very very respectful and worthy job, demanding alot of hardwork, very high patience and calm tempo. I honour and salute all moderators, arbiters and umpires especially lichess moderators.
But after an Incident with my friends & me, I have a simple Question;
Why do some moderators on lichess behave like playing chess (considering appeallant at their Opponent) on lichess by being very rigid and not giving a second chance? :(
Warm Salute to all Just & Kind Moderators

Thanks
I understand your post, except the following part. Please rephrase it.

"Why do some moderators on lichess behave like playing chess (considering appeallant at their Opponent) on lichess by being very rigid and not giving a second chance? "
they do give second chances if someone uses the appeal process and a second chance is warranted.

however, if someone does something like use an engine or artificially manipulate their rating and they are given a second chance, their old account stays flagged and they are given permissions to create a new account.

Respected Madam/Sir,
You are 100% Right and appreciated. My issue is pertaining to MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS.
I admit that one of our roommate abused the opponent after losing a game and We all are extremly sorry on that. Its highly unethical and condemnable and we are ashamed of his act. We assured Worthy Moderator it will not happen again from any of our account while requesting to Open our accounts.
But Everything in vain (Worthy Mod closed all accounts except this one and Not Allowed us to create new accounts). We live in millitary hostel and use single phone of our senior to play a game we love the most.

very credible warm words for the mods when you have the nerve to thumb down an official moderator response in Lichess Feedback.

in fact more like cheap flattery ...

I am Sorry it was my mistake. I rectified perhaps before seeing your esteemed correction. Anyhow, I stand corrected!
Secondly, Noted with thanks the remarks of 'Cheap flattery'.
Magnificent user,

as it has been conveyed elsewhere, any discussion will only be conducted with the account holder in question and with them contacting us from the concerned account via lichess.org/appeal .

More information about appeals can be found at lichess.org/page/appeal

We try to respond to every appeal within 72 hours. Things may take a little bit longer sometimes. So please be patient.
We also reserve the right to ignore additional messages after we have responded to an appeal with a clear decision, however unfair this may sound to you.
