the comparison does not work since the people who did upgraded the broadcast were the devs which dont do the titles.
Also the devs just have to put the work to upgrade once then do minor maintence while for titles there will be alot of people applying then and there will be alot more issues to deal with which wont decrease but be a problem forever.
